Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full credit for the order amount excluding shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the item from your address to the webshop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please therefore handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, you can register your return or cancellation here. We will then refund the order amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return registration, provided the product has already been received back in good condition.
